MANUFACTURING
We specialize in producing high-quality knitwear with precision and scalability. Our facilities feature 609 sets fully integrated automated machines across 144,000 square feet of ergonomically designed space, ensuring efficient workflows, consistent output, and superior garment construction. Our finishing units combine advanced technology with environmentally responsible processes to give each garment a refined touch. Every piece is handled with care to meet global standards of quality, softness, cleanliness, and durability.
R&D
Our in-house design studio brings together creativity, technical knowledge, and a strong understanding of the market. We take inspiration from international trend fairs and yarn exhibitions to explore new colours, yarns, textures, and knit techniques. With 3D sampling, we can study fit, texture, colour, and proportion before moving into physical development. These insights are translated into fresh seasonal concepts and product ideas, helping us create relevant, commercial, and production-ready styles that bring newness to each collection.
SOURCING
With deep expertise in yarn sourcing and sustainable materials, our sourcing team ensures quality, traceability, and reliability throughout the development process. From certified and responsibly sourced yarns to lower-impact material options, we work closely with trusted suppliers to meet each customer’s design, performance, and sustainability needs. Strong supplier relationships help us maintain consistent quality, dependable lead times, and access to new material developments, while staying aligned with evolving market and yarn trends.
